- The AI tool or service you purchased is faulty or does not work as described in the product listing.
- You encounter significant technical issues that prevent the tool from being used in a reasonable manner.
- A purchase is made in error (e.g., duplicate or accidental purchase), and you contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
- Non-Refundable Products
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Products that have been downloaded or activated.
- AI tools or services that have been used in a manner that violates the terms of service or licensing agreement.
- Any purchases made after the 7-day refund window has passed.

- Your order number and date of purchase.
- A detailed explanation of the issue or reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund. You will be notified within 7 business days regarding the outcome.
- Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and the timing of the refund will depend on the payment provider’s processing times.
- Exceptions
We reserve the right to modify or cancel this refund policy at any time. Any exceptions or changes to the policy will be communicated directly to customers.
